President Obama will sign the historic and sweeping stimulus bill today and over the past week, several articles and blogs took a look at how this package could benefit the storage and IT industries. Most notable for the industry is the $20 billion being put towards the goal of digitizing all medical records by 2014. Such digitization will create “huge storage needs,” one hospital administrator told Beth Pariseau at SearchStorage.
